Fully made in the USA, aFe's filters are effectively "lifetime" parts. Developed far beyond typical oiled cotton gauze filters, aFe's technology utilizes 6 layers of woven fabric with decreasing weave size. This maximizes the efficient capture of dirt particles of all sizes while maintaining optimum air through-flow. Maximum performance and maximum protection!

This intake represents true race-inspired technology. The intake housing and top is constructed from fully fabricated black anodized 6061 aluminum for light weight and maximum flow. The CAD designed intake tubes are engineered for maximum flow, velocity and strenght. This system utilizes a huge 6" PRO 5R performance air filter which is construced of 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze that produces maximum flow. As an added value, this system also comes with a 6" PRO Dry S performance air filter which is constructed of two-layers of synthetic media that requires no oils and cleans with soap and water for maximum convenience. This system is a value package and includes a set of Dyanamic Air Scoops to help guide more air into the intake. all aFe intakes come complete with housing, tubes, filters and all hardware necessary for an easy installation.

In recent testing this intake produced an astounding 15hp and 13lbs. x ft. of torque while outflowing the factory intake by 85%. aFe engineers also tested the on-road intake temperature of this intake compared to the factory intake. The aFe intake had a lower intake termperature than stock.
